Founded in 2000 by a father-and-son team who got tired of seeing renovations run late, over-budget and under-communicated.
From full renovations to finishing touches — Renovia delivers expert craftsmanship, honest pricing, and a process that respects your home and your time.
We're a family-run renovation studio with two decades of homes under our belt. Every project is run by a single point of contact, scoped in writing, and finished with a punch list you actually sign off on.

We stripped a tired three-bedroom in Park Hill back to the studs, re-planned the first floor, added a rear addition and rebuilt the kitchen as the heart of the home — all in 16 weeks with the family living upstairs.
"They turned a daunting renovation into something we genuinely looked forward to each week. We'd hire them again tomorrow." — Hannah & Tom · Homeowners, Park Hill
A long, narrow 1900s Denver Square kitchen reimagined with handle-less cabinetry and a fluted island.
Shed dormer, en suite with radiant floor heating and a built-in dressing wall in oak veneer.
Hand-applied lime plaster, walk-in shower, brass fixtures and a single piece of book-matched marble.
A free site visit, an hour of questions, and a written brief that captures what you actually want.
Sketches, finishes, a Gantt chart and a fixed-price estimate — itemized line by line.
Weekly check-ins, photos every Friday, punch list signed off together on completion day.
Every project gets a fixed-price estimate after the site visit. These ranges are what most clients spend — use them to plan, not to budget exactly.
Kitchen, bathroom or living-room refresh.
Whole-home remodel, top to bottom.
Rear addition, pop-top or attic conversion.
"They scoped the work better than the architect we'd been working with for a year. Everything in writing, everything on time."
"We've used three contractors before Renovia. This was the first time we got exactly what we asked for, on the day they promised."
"The Friday photo updates meant we could relax mid-project. By week 8 we'd stopped checking — they just kept delivering."
"Genuinely the cleanest site I've ever set foot on. Trades that took their boots off without being asked."
"We changed our mind on the kitchen layout twice. They re-estimated both times — no eye-rolls, no upcharge games."
"Two years on, not one issue. When a tile cracked from a dropped pan, they came and replaced it for free."
Every estimate is fixed-price and itemized — labor, materials, contingency, sales tax all called out separately. If something changes mid-project (a wall you wanted to keep turns out to be rotten), you get a written change order before any extra work happens.
Usually yes for single-room or kitchen remodels (we dust-seal the area). For whole-home renovations we recommend moving out for at least the first six weeks — we'll help with the planning.
A single bathroom takes 3–4 weeks, a kitchen 4–6, a whole-home renovation 12–20 weeks depending on structural work. You'll get a week-by-week Gantt chart with your estimate.
Yes — for additions and attic conversions we coordinate directly with your architect (or refer one of ours), submit the permit packages to the Denver permit office, and book inspections at each stage.
6 months on single-room jobs, 12 months on whole-home renovations, 2 years on additions and attic conversions. Permits and final inspections for all electrical and plumbing work are included.
Staged payments tied to physical milestones — never a calendar date. A small deposit on signing, then payments on demo, rough-in, trim-out, and punch-list sign-off.
Tell us about your project — we'll come for a free site visit within a week and follow up with a written brief and a fixed-price estimate.
